Ken and I just got home from Seeing Thrice, Circa Survive, and Pelican. Pelican rocked pretty hard, but Thrice has got to be one of the best live bands I’ve ever seen. Everything they’ve done on record sounds 100 times more amazing in a live setting.
Some dude at this show just yelled out,”West coast!”

I’m not that impressed with this show. I’ve only watched three or four episodes, but I’ve ultimately been disappointed so far. Maybe it’s because I don’t find Tina Fey to be very funny. I don’t know if I should watch the whole season or send it back to Netflix so I can get what’s next in my queue.

The Hard Lessons are playing Spaceland on Wednesday. Anathallo is playing Spaceland on June 15.
I stayed up until 3 a.m. last night finishing up the third season of Rescue Me. The fourth season comes out on DVD next month and I’ve already got it in my Netflix queue. I might have to buy cable when the fifth season starts airing.
