I need to start busting my ass and lose some weight. I worked out three times a week for seven weeks in a row over the summer and didn’t really lose anything. The main goal there was to once again fit into the pants I own.

I think I’m going to take a few cues from this guy and see what happens. The sugar water and canola oil things sounds like a good idea.

If I could only get motivated to work out on a regular basis, as well as not eat at night, I might be in business.

Monday’s a good day to start something.
